There are a few general policies we have at the inn to make everyone's stay more comfortable. Please take a moment to read the policies below in preparation for your stay with us.
Roosting: Reservations may be made up to one year in advance.
Smoke-free: The inn and grounds are smoke free. Thank you for your consideration.
Adults only: Run of the River Inn and Refuge is for adults (18 years or older). Suites are single or double occupancy only.

Minimum Stay Requirements: A two night minimum stay is requisite for most reservations. Federally observed holidays, all weekends in October and December and from December 20th through January 5th, require a minimum three night booking.
One night reservations may be accepted Sunday through Thursday based on availability. Payment in full will be taken at the time of booking, and is non-refundable.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays: Leavenworth and the entire Icicle Valley are magical at this time of year and not to be missed. In order to enable our staff to be with their families during this special time, we do not offer check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. We appreciate your understanding.
Check-In: 3:00-6:00 pm. To allow us time to prepare the inn for you and others, please do not arrive for check-in before 3:00 pm. If arriving after 6:00 pm, kindly call us toll free at 800-288-6491 so we can arrange for a late arrival packet for you. Thank you for your courtesy.

If you will be using a Gift Certificate as payment in full or in part for your stay, the certificate number must be given when making the reservation to act as your deposit. If the certificate is equal to less than one night’s deposit, your credit card will be charged to make up the difference. We will refund deposits only if both Stevens (Highway 2) and Snoqualmie (I-90) passes are closed. If you make a winter reservation please take caution and prepare for winter driving conditions.
