At Run of the River, we strive to offer you the best Washington accommodations possible. Whether you are interested in a romantic weekend getaway, a holiday vacation, or an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful state of Washington, we want to help make your trip unforgettable. There are a few general policies we have at the inn to make your stay more comfortable. Please take a moment to read the policies below in preparation for your stay with us.

Roosting ... At Run of the River we love to host personal and romantic celebrations. Come relax at the inn and play in the Valley! Click here for our special policies for intimate weddings and elopements.

Check-In: 3:00-8:00 pm. To allow us time to prepare the inn for you and others, please do not check-in before 3:00 pm. If arriving after 8:00 pm, kindly call us toll free at 800-288-6491. Thank you for your courtesy.

Check-Out: 11:00 am.

Deposits: A one night deposit to your Visa, Master Card or Discover will guarantee your suite. Or, if you prefer, you may send a check in the amount of one nights' stay. We must receive it at least 10 days prior to your check-in day.

Minimum Stay (most of the year) ... two nights or longer.

Celebration Season ... three night stays or longer: All three day holidays. All October and December weekends. December 20th-January 4th.

You are welcome to stay with us over the Holiday Season, however there are no check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day, so our staff can be home with their families.

Cancellations: Aren't fun for anyone. We understand that situations arise which make cancellations unavoidable. However, last minute cancellations are difficult to fill, as folks reserve special stays far in advance. Because of our "off the beaten track" location, drop-ins just don't drop-in.

Your deposit will be cheerfully refunded if your cancellation is made 10 days prior to your stay. If a cancellation is necessary within the 10 day limit, we will make every attempt to rebook your suite for you. Your deposit will be promptly returned if your suite is rebooked.

Smoke-free: The inn and grounds are smoke free.

Adults only: Run of the River is for adults (18 years or older). Suites are single or double occupancy only.

Pets: We cannot accommodate pets, but we are happy to make a recommendation for boarding your pet in Leavenworth. Contact us for more info.
