Intimate Weddings and Elopements Payment and Policy Information:
All Elopement Packages (except Chapel Only Ceremonies) require a 50% deposit to be paid in full at the time of booking. Chapel Only Ceremonies require payment in full at time of reservation. Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Run of the River Inn and Refuge has a closed door vendor policy. No outside vendors will be accepted.
All arrangements are made on a first come, first served basis and are subject to the availability of space, officiant and vendors.
Couples who have arranged a wedding or elopement package will need to secure a license at any County Courthouse in the State of Washington no more than 60 days prior to the ceremony but at least 72 hours prior to the ceremony. You will need funds and picture ID to obtain the license. License must be presented to the officiant on the day of the ceremony.
Cancellations aren’t fun for anyone and are especially unwanted in the case of nuptials but they do occur. Please read the following carefully and understand the policies as they will apply should a cancellation be necessary.
Refunds are calculated using the total cost of the wedding package. Cancellations occurring with 6 months or more notice (from the ceremony date) will be refunded, minus 25% of the total cost. Cancellations occurring 3 months to 6 months prior to the ceremony date will be refunded minus 75% of the total cost. Those couples needing to cancel within 90 days of the ceremony date will forfeit the total of all costs.
Cancellations of any event must be made in writing to Run of the River Inn and Refuge, PO Box 285, Leavenworth, WA 98826; or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. A response in writing must be sent back to the contracting party acknowledging and confirming the cancellation.
